IT Division

The IT Division is responsible for the management and maintenance of the city's information technology infrastructure, as well as the delivery of technology-based services to the city's departments and residents. Our mission is to ensure that the city's technology resources are accessible, secure, reliable, and efficient.

Services Provided by the IT Division: 

• Network and Systems Administration: Our team of professionals manages the city's computer network, servers, and software to ensure that all systems are up-to-date, secure, and running efficiently. We also provide technical support to all city departments and staff.
• Cybersecurity: We work hard to ensure the city's digital assets and data are protected from cyber threats. Our cybersecurity measures include firewalls, antivirus software, intrusion detection, and prevention systems.
• GIS Mapping: We provide Geographic Information System (GIS) mapping services to the city's departments and staff. These services include creating and updating maps, collecting and analyzing data, and producing reports. 
• E-Government: We work to make city services more accessible to residents by developing online services, such as online permit applications, utility bill payments, and service requests.
