Landscaping & Lighting Districts (LLDs) - Annual Meeting Information

INTRODUCTION

The City hosts annual meetings with ten (10) of the City’s LLDs. During these meetings, items such as budget status, past year accomplishments, and planned goals for the coming year are discussed. This is also an opportunity for residents within each LLD to provide the City with their comments and concerns.

Each year, postcards are mailed to the property owner on record with the Solano County Assessor's office as of February of that year. Postcards are mailed approximately one and half to two weeks prior to each meeting.

2026 MEETING DATES

Annual meetings will be held on the following dates and times. Meetings are held for one District at a time and are open specifically to residents that pay the annual assessment for that particular District. ZOOM meeting details are provided below.
