Suisun City is pleased to announce that public access to all City Hall departments is now available following the recent cybersecurity incident. The City deeply appreciates the community’s patience as City staff continues working diligently to restore full network operations.
Beginning this week, in-person services will resume according to the following schedules:
City Hall hours:
Housing Authority hours:
Building/Planning hours:
Police Department hours:
Suisun City dispatchers will continue to take 911 and non-emergency calls through the Solano County dispatch center. For additional needs, community members can go directly to the Police Department for other general assistance and standard department services.
The cybersecurity incident and its overall impact are still under active investigation. The City is continuing to work alongside federal, state and regional agencies, including the FBI, Department of Homeland Security and the California Office of Emergency Services, to investigate the incident, maintain essential services and securely restore systems. As part of this ongoing process, the City will continue to thoroughly evaluate its systems and data.
