Suisun City is continuing to progress through its recovery phase following the recent cybersecurity incident. The water counter remains the only open City Hall service available to the public. Payments are currently accepted via cash or check only (credit and debit cards cannot be processed at this time).
Due to a pre-planned roof renovation, the Police Department lobby will be closed all week. To maintain community access, a representative from the Police Department will be stationed at the City Hall water counter daily from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. to help with ticket sign-offs, vehicle releases, speaking with an officer and general assistance.
Until further notice, the following departments remain closed to the public:
Public safety services and response remain active. Suisun City Police and Fire will continue to respond to calls for service, and Suisun City dispatchers will continue to take 911 and non-emergency calls through the Solano County dispatch center.
The City is working alongside federal, state and regional agencies, including the FBI, Department of Homeland Security and California Office of Emergency Services, to investigate the cybersecurity incident, maintain essential services and restore systems.
