Cybersecurity Incident Update

Suisun City, Calif. - Aug. 10, 2026

Public safety services and response remain active in Suisun City; however, some City services are limited or closed to the public on Monday, Aug. 10. Suisun City Police and Fire continue to respond to calls for service, and Suisun City dispatchers are continuing to take 911 and non-emergency calls through the Solano County dispatch center. 

The Police Department lobby is open and accessible for ticket sign-offs, vehicle releases, speaking with an officer and general assistance. The lobby is open Monday through Thursday from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., with possible closures for lunch from noon to 12:30 p.m.

The City is continuing its operations, though some City services are closed to the public today, Aug. 10. City Hall is closed, affecting in-person meetings with the following departments:

  • Planning Department

  • Building Department

  • Housing Department

  • Water Department

  • Finance Department

  • Human Resources Department

  • Public Works Department

  • City Manager’s Office

  • Administration

The City is working alongside federal, state and regional agencies, including the FBI, Department of Homeland Security and California Office of Emergency Services, to investigate the cybersecurity incident, maintain essential services and restore systems.
