Phased Opening of City Facilities

Suisun City has started a phased re-opening of City facilities all with appropriate social distancing, face mask and cleaning protocols in place.

In addition to ZOOM, City Council, Commission and Advisory Committee meetings will be open for public attendance, with capacity limited by social distancing protocols arising from public health orders.

If you come to any City facility, you must wear a face mask, maintain 6-foot social distance, and not be sick.

Since closing City facilities to the public in March, your City staff has successfully transitioned many public services to remote performance.  To ensure maximum protection from coronavirus transmission, this remains the preferred method of interaction.

A drop box for water payments and other documents is available 24 hours per day to the right of the City Hall front door.

However, we also recognize that some things must still be handled in person.  For those transactions, City Hall will be open on an appointment-only basis starting Monday, June 1, 2020.

To make an appointment, please contact staff members during regular office hours by the following means:

The Police Department lobby is now open on a limited basis, and the Nelson Center will honor existing rentals with faith-based groups.
