Landscape Maintenance Contract Services RFP

The Public Works Department is seeking qualified contractors to submit proposals to perform landscape maintenance work for 12 Landscape and Lighting Maintenance Assessment Districts within the City.

The various districts require a variety of different landscape treatments from open grass areas to planted border landscaping and street medians. Contractors submitting proposals will be required to bid on all the districts at various levels of service.

Proposal Process

Sealed proposals must be received by the Public Works Department at its front City Hall counter at 701 Civic Center Blvd., Suisun City, CA 94585,  by 2 p.m. on Thursday, March 7, 2019.

The Request for Proposals document, which more fully describes the project, is available through BPXpress Reprographics at http://www.blueprintexpress.com/suisuncity or 707-745-3593. While the Request for Proposal is now being offered at no cost, the City asks that interested parties add the item to their cart and fully “check out” on the BPX website. This is to help the City keep an accurate list of interested parties who have downloaded the Proposal.

A mandatory pre-bid walk-through and pre-bid meeting is scheduled – rain or shine – for 9 a.m. on February 21, 2019, at City Hall, 701 Civic Center Blvd., Suisun City, CA 94585.
