Construction Biological Monitoring – RFP

The Suisun City Building and Public Works Department has issued a Request for Proposals from qualified contractors to perform construction biological monitoring during levee construction work on Pierce Island, which is anticipated to begin in late July.

The City must raise levees on Pierce Island to increase storage capacity for disposal of hydraulically dredged sediment from the Marina and nearby channels. This work is being performed under various regulatory permits that require on-site supervision and staff training by a qualified biological monitor.

The City has performed various biological surveys of Pierce Island that the successful bidder will need to understand.  More details are provided in the complete Request for Proposals available via registration below.


 

PROPOSAL PROCESS

Responsive proposals are due by 2 p.m. on Thursday May 24, 2018, at Suisun City Hall, 701 Civic Center Blvd., Suisun City, CA 94585.
