Suisun City Implements Nixle and Citizen RIMS

In response to growing concerns from citizens about being alerted about emergency situations, such as fires, floods, etc., Suisun City is now using Nixle to build on its Community Notification System so residents can be alerted in real-time for localized emergency situations and relevant community advisories. To receive emergency alerts from the city, please text 94585 or “SUISUN” to 888-777 to be enrolled in SMS messaging alerts. Now Recruiting Volunteer Firefighters Online

The Suisun City Fire Department is now accepting applications from anyone interested in serving as a Volunteer Firefighter online through the Human Resources page and Calopps.org.
