“Wheels & Reels” Movie Night featuring Tom & Jerry

Drive-in and experience an outdoor movie night from the comfort and safety of your own vehicle! Come watch Tom & Jerry on a 33ft Inflatable Movie Screen. Pre-registration is required. Pricing is based on a single parking space for 1 carload of attendees. Cost is $20.00 per vehicle. Movie lot will open at 8:00pm. Movie will start 15 minutes after sunset (approximately 9:05pm)

Here’s the Details:

Time: Movie lot will open at 8:00pm. Movie will start 15 minutes after sunset (approximately 9:05pm)

Location: Heritage Park (611 Village Drive). Parking instructions and entrance location will be emailed to participants prior to movie.

Tickets: Tickets may only be purchased online at https://suisun.recdesk.com/Community/Program and will be verified through the vehicle window upon arrival. Each ticket is valid for ONE car and all passengers inside. The number of passengers must not exceed the number of safety belts or seats in your vehicle. Tickets are non-transferable. Refunds will not be granted.

Parking: Parking spots will be assigned on a first come, first parked basis. Parking attendants will direct each vehicle to a parking space upon arrival. Large SUV’s, trucks and hatchbacks that extend beyond the roof will be parked on the sides or back section of the parking lot as to not obstruct the view of other attendees. RV’s, buses and campers are NOT allowed.

Viewing: The movie will be displayed on a 33’ inflatable screen. The move audio will be broadcasted through a professional grade FM transmitter (radio). Attendees may use their vehicle radio or a battery-operated stereo with speakers to listen to the movie.

Park Playgrounds Closed or Under Repair

The following Playground Facilities are Closed, Under Repair, or Construction:

McCoy Creek

Due to construction, McCoy Creek Playground is currently closed. The existing playground is in the removal process and it is anticipated that the new playground will be installed and completed in two weeks.

Lawler Ranch

Due to vandalism, Lawler Ranch Playground is currently closed. The parts to repair the vandalized structure have been ordered, and the playground will reopen once the parts come in and are installed.

Montebello Vista

Due to safety reasons, Monte Bello Vista Playground is currently closed. The playground will be replaced in the near future.

Lyft First/Last Mile Program Comes to Suisun City

The City of Suisun City is partnering with the Solano Transportation Authority’s (STA) Solano Mobility Program to expand the First/Last Mile Program (operated by Lyft) to include all Suisun City residents starting now.

Playgrounds Reopening Update

We have received numerous phone calls regarding the reopening of playgrounds in Suisun City.  Unfortunately playgrounds are considered high risk by both the State of California and Solano County .  Please see the attached Roadmap to Recovery which provides more information as to when certain types of activities will be permitted to open.
