The Suisun City Council approved the following FREE events for 2009:

We're working on the details of an exciting new partnership program to enhance each event. More on that in the coming weeks.
Most of the major events take place in the Waterfront District, which is centered on Main Street. Harbor Plaza - located at Main & Solano Streets - is the central stage location for most event entertainment.
