In accordance with the provisions set forth in Section 18705.5 of the Fair Political Practices Commission, Form 806 is used to report compensation that public officials receive when appointing themselves to positions on committees, boards or commissions of a public agency, special district, and joint powers agency or authority. Each agency must post a single Form 806 listing all paid appointed positions including the date appointed, length of term and stipend amount.

Statements of Economic Interest
The Mayor, City Council members and City Treasurer are elected officers identified in Government Code Section 87200 and file statements of economic interests with the City Clerk’s office.
