The Building & Public Works Department has opened recruitment for an Assistant / Associate Engineer to perform professional level duties under the Director|City Engineer, serve as project manager on Capital Improvement Projects, ensure City projects comply with all applicable laws and standards, and provide a high level of customer service.
A Bachelor’s Degree in engineering with major course work in civil engineering or related field required. An Engineer-in-Training registration desirable for Assistant level with some professional engineering experience; registration required with at least two years of increasingly responsible professional engineering experience required for Associate level.
