The Salvation Army is proposing to renovate and expand the existing community center facility at 586 East Wigeon Way for continued use as a community center.
The project involves
- a Zone Change - from Single Family Residential to Park Zone District
- a Lot Line Adjustment
- various facility improvements
An Initial Study for the project found that with mitigation measures the proposed project would not have a significant effect on the environment. As a result, a Mitigated Negative Declaration for the project has been prepared. The document is available for public comment through Dec. 14, 2010
