In October 2007, the Governor signed AB 987 making it effective as of January 1, 2008. One of the requirements of AB 987 is for redevelopment agencies to compile, maintain, and make available to the public a database of existing, new and substantially rehabilitated income restricted units assisted with moneys from the Low and Moderate Income Housing fund.

This database is posted here to the joint City of Suisun CIty & Suisun City Redevelopment Agency website. The database must be updated annually and agencies are required to provide reasonable notice to the community about the database's existence.

Please note that housing units created or rehabilitated for victims of domestic violence will be excluded from the public.

Information available in the spreadsheet includes:

• The address and parcel number of the property.
• The number of units broken out by the number of bedrooms.
• The year in which construction was completed.
• The date when the affordability covenant or restriction was recorded.
• The document number of the recording.
• The expiration date of the covenant or restriction.
